- Familiar with RMV: If you’ve worked with the Registry of Motor Vehicles, that’s a plus.
- Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable using Word and Outlook.
- AMS 360 Management System: Have you used this system before? That’s great!
- Organized & Efficient: You can keep things running smoothly and manage your time well.
- Detail-oriented: You’re careful with your work and pay attention to the little things.
- Friendly & Outgoing: You love interacting with others and bring positive energy wherever you go.
- Customer Service Star: You enjoy helping customers and enjoy making their day.
- Positive Attitude: You’re self-motivated, eager to learn, and ready to succeed.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Quoting: You’ll help with quotes for new policies and updates to existing ones.
- Applications: Preparing and processing applications for new policies will be part of your daily tasks.
- Registry Work: You’ll need to be familiar with the Registry of Motor Vehicles.
- Renewals: You’ll review policy renewals, check for any changes, and re-quote if needed.
- Policy Changes: Handling requests for changes to policies will be part of your routine.
- Documents: You’ll prepare important documents like binders, certificates, and LPRs.
- Cancellations: Processing policy cancellations will also be part of your role.
- Other Tasks: You are happy to jump in to help with other tasks as needed.
