About the role
As a Contact Centre Consultant, you’ll proudly provide a customer experience that is second to none to our Members in our Contact Centre. 

Your role will be to promote, recommend and refer banking and insurance products to meet the needs of our Members. You will join a fun, supportive and collaborative team environment, with a strong focus on professional development. Let us know your career goals and we’ll work with you to achieve them. 

This is a permanent full-time position and we know that work/life balance is important, so we offer rotating rostered hours across Monday to Friday between 8am and 5.30pm, with a rotational roster of occasional Saturdays from 8.30am to 12pm noon.

Working directly with both new and existing Members, you will play a crucial role in Police Credit Union’s overall success. 

About you
You are…

Ideally well experienced in a Contact Centre environment
Looking for a refreshing change and eager to get your foot in the door of the banking industry or wanting to build on your current experience. 
Passionate about creating an exceptional customer experience.
Able to promote, refer and sell banking and insurance products to meet the needs of our Members, through Add Value conversations.
Focused, disciplined and driven, to meet and exceed service and sales KPIs.
Organised, with an eye for detail and a strong ability to build positive and collaborative relationships with Members and colleagues. 
A team player, wanting to be part of an energetic group. 
Ambitious and ready to grasp career development opportunities – we like to promote from within whenever we can.
Confident, disciplined and hardworking; you strive to meet and exceed service and sales KPIs all with a smile on your face.
If you have a background in the Australian financial services, health insurance or general insurance sectors – even better! FSRA Tier 2 and/or Tier 2 Insurance accreditation is a huge tick, however not a deal breaker, as great on the job training is provided.
