About the role
As a Direct Lending Administration Officer, you will be the first point of contact for Members enquiring about personal loans. You will take calls and respond to emails & referrals from other teams, leading an open, engaging and comprehensive conversation with the Member ensuring a welcoming, professional and knowledgeable first impression for Members. You will also provide effective administrative support to the Direct Lending Unit team to support the timely & accurate processing of loan applications by the Personal Lending Consultants.

Working directly with both new and existing Members, you will play a crucial role in Police Credit Union’s overall success to proudly provide a customer experience that is second to none to our Members. We know that work/life balance is important, so we offer stable hours of Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm.

If you have a background in the Australian financial services or insurance sectors – even better! FSRA Tier 2 and/or NCCPA Lending accreditation is a huge tick, however not a deal breaker, as on the job training is provided.
