About the role
Due to an internal promotion, we are now seeking a new Lending Administration Officer to join our team. You will provide effective administrative support to the Lending Approval team to support the timely & accurate processing of loan applications and assist them in achieving service standards and timeframes. You will set up loan files, record and distribute applications across the team, conduct employment verification checks, calculate and action loan payout figures and also maintain and update the securities registers.

Based in our head office in the Adelaide CBD you will join a fun, supportive and collaborative team environment, with a strong focus on continued learning. You will play a crucial role in Police Credit Union’s overall success to help enable a customer experience that is second to none to our Members.

We know that work/life balance is important, so we offer stable hours of Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm.

You are…

If you have a background in the Australian financial services or insurance sectors – even better! FSRA Tier 2 and/or NCCPA Lending accreditation is a huge tick, however not a deal breaker, as on the job training is provided.
