About the role
As the Product Coordinator you will ensure the existing and new products and services meet customer needs and are well aligned with the business’s strategic objectives, compliance and operational requirements. This requires working effectively and collaboratively across the business, to identify, investigate and deliver new or enhanced products and services.
You will also:
Be the primary advocate for the customer, using market research and user data to champion features and changes that meet customer needs
Oversee our products throughout the entire lifecycle; from developing the product roadmap & timeline through to launch as well as delivering product training sessions, monitoring growth and ongoing review activities
Work closely with our Marketing team to assist in the development and execution of marketing and promotional campaigns to ensure our products are aligned with market research, customer feedback and adding business value
Be responsible for the effective management of product, pricing and access channel changes and requests as well as ensuring we are meeting our product related compliance obligations
Prepare and distribute weekly, monthly and ad-hoc management and sales performance reports and conduct business analysis and develop business cases in relation to product or pricing changes & recommendations.
