Job Summary:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of customer relationships.
- Identify and assess customer needs and provide appropriate financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Identify and assess customer needs and provide appropriate financial solutions, including loans, deposits, and other banking products.
- Conduct financial needs assessments and prepare loan applications.
- Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely repayments.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up.
- Comply with all relevant regulations and internal policies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor\’s degree or HND in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer service and relationship management (minimum 2 years).
- Strong understanding of banking products and services.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
