Job Summary:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of customer relationships.
  • Identify and assess customer needs and provide appropriate financial solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Identify and assess customer needs and provide appropriate financial solutions, including loans, deposits, and other banking products.
  • Conduct financial needs assessments and prepare loan applications.
  • Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely repayments.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Comply with all relevant regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor\’s degree or HND in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer service and relationship management (minimum 2 years).
  • Strong understanding of banking products and services.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
