Roles & Responsibilities

  • Sell loans to Business Banking clients
  • Ensure clients make repayments on their loans when due
  • Create a robust sales lead generation pipeline
  • Convert leads to sales
  • Meet assigned sales target
  • Ensure prompt service delivery and maintain an acceptable turnaround and time
  • Advise clients on new products and services and drive the adoption of same
  • Effectively manage relationships with all clients
  • Give support to Team Lead

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience
  • Degree in related field
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to negotiate
