Job Summary

  • We are seeking experienced and highly motivated Relationship Managers with a proven track record in deposits mobilization to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing and maintaining the bank’s deposit portfolio, developing strategic relationships, and identifying opportunities to attract high-value customers.
  • This role requires individuals with excellent communication skills, a strong customer focus, and the ability to meet and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to mobilize deposits from new and existing customers.
  • Identify and establish relationships with high-net-worth individuals, SMEs, and corporate clients.
  • Manage and deepen existing customer relationships to increase deposits and cross-sell other bank products.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and competitive trends.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and the bank’s internal policies in all deposit mobilization activities.
  • Prepare periodic reports on deposit performance and progress toward set targets.
  • Work closely with the business development and product teams to tailor offerings to customer needs.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing the bank professionally in all interactions.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years experience in deposit mobilization or a similar role in a financial institution.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding deposit mobilization targets.
  • Strong network of high-net-worth individuals, SMEs, and corporate clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
