Job description
- Evaluate credit histories, documentation, and process loan applications within specified time limits.
- Recruit new loan and deposit mobilization through the marketing and sales of the bank’s products and services.
- Complete loan contracts and educate clients on applicable terms and conditions.
- Maintain and update account records.
- Participate in market storms, community fairs and cluster marketing initiatives.
- Post-disbursement monitoring.
- Drive the reactivation of inactive and dormant accounts.
- Ensure the retention of existing customers.
- Maintain a healthy portfolio.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Team Lead.
Requirements and Qualifications
- HND / B.Sc in Marketing or related discipline.
- Proven working experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive in a Microfinance institution.
- Must have passion for Sales/marketing.
- Customer-centric, Integrity and Analytical skills.
- Organized, self-motivated, and proactive in problem solving.
