Who You Are
You will rapidly optimize our web presence using a combination of industry-leading SEO tools and AI-assisted workflows. You’ll own the process end‑to‑end, from technical audits and on‑page fixes to content optimization and performance reporting, driving measurable improvements in rankings, traffic, and conversions.
Your background:
● 3+ years’ hands‐on SEO experience (agency or in‐house) with demonstrable results.
● Proficiency with Ahrefs or SEMrush, Google Search Console, and GA4.
● Strong grasp of technical SEO and on‐page/content best practices.
● Comfort using AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude/Jasper) for analysis and content acceleration.
● Experience with Surfer, Frase, Clearscope or similar on‐page tools.
● Basic HTML/CSS to implement or QA SEO fixes; familiarity with WordPress.
● High attention to detail, analytical rigor, and a results‐first mindset.
● Excellent written communication and editorial judgement.

- Core Web Vitals troubleshooting; image/asset optimization basics.
- Familiarity with Looker Studio, BigQuery, or Sheets for analysis.
- Automation experience (Make, Zapier, n8n) and comfort with prompt libraries.
- Basic Python/SQL for lightweight data tasks (optional).
- Awareness of AI search surfaces (Google AI Overviews/SGE, Perplexity, ChatGPT) and how to optimize for them.
What You’ll Do
As our SEO Specialist, you’ll:
- Crawl & Diagnose: Run site crawls (Screaming Frog/Sitebulb) and use AI to summarize, prioritize, and ticket technical issues (CWV, indexation, 4xx/5xx, redirects, canonicals, sitemaps, orphan pages, duplication/cannibalization).
- Keyword Research & Mapping: Conduct research and cluster keywords with AI‑assisted tools; map terms to target URLs and intent; maintain a living keyword‑to‑URL matrix.
- On‑Page Optimization at Scale: Batch‑create and implement optimized titles/meta, H1–H3s, schema/structured data, and internal links; coordinate deployment with dev/website team.
- Content Briefs & Production: Create AI‑assisted briefs (outline, entities, FAQs, sources) and coordinate with writers—or produce in‑house drafts where needed—ensuring E‑E‑A‑T and factual accuracy.
- Internal Linking & Topical Architecture: Build and maintain hub/cluster structures, fix orphan content, and improve crawl paths and link equity distribution.
- Competitor & Gap Analysis: Identify content and SERP gaps; execute quick‑win plays (snippet capture, FAQ insertion, intent realignment, consolidation).
- Measurement & Reporting: Monitor rankings, traffic, CTR, and technical health weekly; ship insights and actions via GA4, GSC, and Looker Studio dashboards.
- AI Workflows: Maintain and optimize a library of SEO prompts and SOPs to speed analysis, briefs, and QA; follow brand, fact‑checking, and safety guidelines.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with an external SEO consultant for monthly audits and with dev/design on releases; verify fixes post‑deploy.
- Governance: Document changes, maintain a change log, and champion SEO best practices across teams.
