We’re hiring a Tax Manager (CPA) to help us scale. This is not just a reviewer role — this is your chance to step into leadership, shape workflows, and help build your own team.

What You’ll Do

Review corporate, partnership, and individual income tax returns
Serve as a quality control lead, ensuring accurate and timely filings
Work closely with the firm owner to improve review processes and overall efficiency
Mentor junior staff and seasonal team members
Contribute to client strategy discussions and problem-solving
Participate in hiring and developing your future tax team
Help shape the future of a growing practice rooted in high standards and healthy work-life balance

What You Bring

Active CPA license
7+ years of tax experience in public accounting
Proven experience reviewing 1120, 1120S, 1065, and 1040 returns
Strong leadership instincts and a desire to mentor
Confidence with multi-state, basis tracking, entity selection, and other complex topics
Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:

Base salary: $120k – $140k
Performance Based Bonuses – 10-15%
401K w/ 4% match
