Responsibilities
- Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects for the SME Banking Segment.
- Establish a strong relationship with prospects and customers.
- To drive sustainable growth, acquisition of new customers with a focus on long-term relationship building for the SME Banking.
- Prompt response to customer enquiries on products or existing account queries and effect satisfactory outcomes.
- To conduct direct marketing of the company’s products and services to help maximize revenue.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and reports, such as daily call reports, weekly and monthly work plans.
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort.
- Ensure that all lending practices adhere to regulatory standards, internal policies and stay up to date with industry trends.
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc in Marketing or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Sales.
- Strong relationship management, process management and execution skills.
- Microfinance experience preferred.
- A good understanding of risk, credit policies and procedures.
- High Level of Integrity.
