SME Manager (50 views)

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects for the SME Banking Segment.
  • Establish a strong relationship with prospects and customers.
  • To drive sustainable growth, acquisition of new customers with a focus on long-term relationship building for the SME Banking.
  • Prompt response to customer enquiries on products or existing account queries and effect satisfactory outcomes.
  • To conduct direct marketing of the company’s products and services to help maximize revenue.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and reports, such as daily call reports, weekly and monthly work plans.
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort.
  • Ensure that all lending practices adhere to regulatory standards, internal policies and stay up to date with industry trends.

Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc in Marketing or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Sales.
  • Strong relationship management, process management and execution skills.
  • Microfinance experience preferred.
  • A good understanding of risk, credit policies and procedures.
  • High Level of Integrity.
