Job Summary
Primarily responsible for driving growth of risk asset with SME customers as well as maintaining client relationship.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Contributing to the annual SME sales and marketing plan.
- Planning and project managing marketing events and evaluating their success.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing activities.
- Developing and implementing an internal marketing program.
- Evaluate the creditworthiness of customers by processing loan applications and documentation.
- Monitors active loans and enforces collection and recoveries.
- Ensure the achievement of all budget parameters.
- Develop referral networks and cross-sell the Bank’s products and services.
- Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing customers.
- Supporting the marketing manager in day-to-day marketing activities.
- Grow the Bank’s client base through Sales Activities to potential customers.
- Any other job that may be assigned by the Regional Head, SME Marketing/Relationship Management.
QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Degree in any discipline from a reputable institution.
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years of sales experience in a similar Institution.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, attentive to detail.
- Effective negotiation, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
