Job Summary

Primarily responsible for driving growth of risk asset with SME customers as well as maintaining client relationship.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Contributing to the annual SME sales and marketing plan.
  • Planning and project managing marketing events and evaluating their success.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing activities.
  • Developing and implementing an internal marketing program.
  • Evaluate the creditworthiness of customers by processing loan applications and documentation. 
  • Monitors active loans and enforces collection and recoveries. 
  • Ensure the achievement of all budget parameters. 
  • Develop referral networks and cross-sell the Bank’s products and services.
  • Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing customers.
  • Supporting the marketing manager in day-to-day marketing activities.
  • Grow the Bank’s client base through Sales Activities to potential customers.
  • Any other job that may be assigned by the Regional Head, SME Marketing/Relationship Management.

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Degree in any discipline from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum of 3 – 5 years of sales experience in a similar Institution.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, attentive to detail.
  • Effective negotiation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
