The Sales Associate’s primary responsibility is to build and maintain relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and recommending appropriate banking solutions (loans). He/she will also be required to achieve sales targets, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall success of the bank.
Requirements
- Minimum of a first degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Accounting and Finance or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years with proven work experience in SME sales, particularly in Microfinance Banks.
- Demonstrated proactive approach customers to promote and sell the bank’s products and services (SME loans).
- Conduct in-depth discussions with customers to assess their financial goals and risk tolerance and provide appropriate recommendations to help them achieve their objectives.
- Proven experience assisting customers with account opening, documentation, and transaction processing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to bank policies and procedures.
- Proven track record driving the sale of the loan products for the company by identifying key opportunities and completing loan contracts and counsel clients on policies and restrictions.
- Demonstrate sound and updated knowledge on types of loans and other banking products, services, and procedures.
