Job Duties:
- Provide quality customer service and work toward the generation, promotion and maintenance of a quality work environment for the staff of Amarillo National Bank.
- Maintain a positive attitude and provide team support.
- Assist in the storage and distribution of operational supplies, forms, equipment, and furniture for Amarillo National Bank and its branches.
- Evaluate inventory levels and forecast usage.
- Assist in operating and maintaining the record retention and destruction program.
- Understand all functions of Supply and Mail Services and act as a backup to all clerks within the department.
- Support service to all areas of Amarillo National Bank and its branches throughout Texas.
- Work on special projects and move furniture and equipment as needed.
Requirements:
A high school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in supply chain, records management, or commercial printing is a plus. Must be organized and detail oriented. Ability to act independently and handle problems as they arise is essential. PC skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook are helpful. Must have legible handwriting, neat appearance and be able to lift 75 pounds or more. Minimum of 25 years old with as valid driver’s license and clean driving record is required.
