As Team Lead B2B Marketing, you will own the strategy and execution of our B2B partner acquisition and retention efforts. Your mission is twofold: attract and onboard new professional dealers to our company and strengthen engagement, loyalty, and trust among our existing network of partners. You’ll lead a high-performing team and work cross-functionally to deliver measurable impact on business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute our global B2B marketing strategy to drive growth and partner engagement
- Create impactful communications to build loyalty and position our company as the marketplace of choice for professional sellers
- Strengthen relationships with our network (3,500+) located around the world through targeted campaigns and lifecycle marketing
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, account management and CRM teams to deliver a seamless partner experience
- Own B2B marketing budget
- Manage and scale a high-performing team of 3+
- Foster a data-driven, results-focused team culture
What sets you apart
- Over 7 years of marketing experience with a strong emphasis on B2B communications, ideally within a platform, marketplace, or SaaS environment
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive partner acquisition and engagement
- Skilled in developing compelling B2B content, email, and lifecycle campaigns
- Excellent communicator with a talent for crafting impactful, audience-specific messaging
- Data-driven and action-oriented, with experience in international markets and understanding cultural nuance
