Requirements
You have completed training or further education as a tax clerk, tax specialist, accountant or tax consultant
With at least five years of professional experience in your field of activity, you bring in-depth knowledge and routine in advising medium-sized clients
ideally you have already gained two to three years of leadership experience – or bring more extensive experience and want to continue to actively shape responsibility
You work safely with DATEV and naturally use digital tools in your daily workflow
Team spirit and client orientation shape your actions – You value trusting cooperation and advice on equal terms
Tasks & Responsibilities
You take over the leadership of the Corporate Tax team and ensure that organization, quality and team spirit remain in balance.
You are the first point of contact for your team and connect people, processes and responsibility – in close coordination with the partner in the area.
You personally and holistically manage your own clientele – from financial accounting and VAT pre-registration to balance sheet and profit determination.
They prepare tax returns for private individuals and companies of various legal forms – with expertise, accuracy and enjoyment of solution-oriented advice.
