WBR CREDIT UNION is a community based financial services provider who operates in the Warrenpoint, Burren and Rostrevor areas, serving the needs of almost 11,000 members.

(34.5 hrs. per week – Permanent Contract)

The successful applicant will work as part of our member services team responsible for providing an excellent member services experience to both existing and potential new members.

Key responsibilities: –
  • Provide quality service to our members at the counter, including processing lodgements and withdrawals and enabling loan draw downs and repayments, and end of day balancing and administration roles.
  • Good IT skills and experience in a computerised environment are essential. Knowledge of Credit Union/banking industry would be an advantage
  • The ideal candidate will have good communication and organisational skills, along with a good working knowledge of customer care issues and responsibilities.
