Tax Manager

Job Description: As a Tax Manager, you will play a crucial role in our accounting team. Duties will include but are not limited to individual and corporate tax return preparation. Recent experience in public accounting, strong tax knowledge and the ability to service and manage client accounts.

Qualifications
 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CIA) is preferred.
 Minimum: 5 years of relevant experience in tax preparation and planning with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
 Strong understanding of the federal and state tax codes.
 Proven experience in managing tax engagements and teams.
 Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present findings to senior management.
 Proficiency in Profx Engagement, Knowledge Coach and MS Office Suite preferred.
