Senior Sales Manager

Banks and Insurance Jobs is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join our client’s team!

Requirements
▪ Relevant experience in B2B sales in the banking, FinTech or data analytics environment
▪ Existing network of banks and financial service providers that is continuously being expanded
▪ Fast starter with a pronounced hands-on mentality and self-initiative working methods
▪ Willingness to take responsibility and develop into a leadership role in the long term
▪ Secure communication at the decision-making level, enthusiasm for data-driven solutions, commitment and reliability
▪ Willingness to travel for customer appointments, trade fairs and events
▪ Negotiation-proof German
▪ Experience in a similar role
▪ Good English skills are an advantage

Tasks & Responsibilities
▪ Gaining new customers at banks and financial service providers by contributing to the existing network
▪ Identifying cross-industry market potential for data-driven solutions, proactively engaging decision-makers, and specifically expanding the network for new business opportunities
▪ Conducting sales conversations and negotiations from the initial consultation to the conclusion of the contract and assuming responsibility for the sales objectives
▪ Convincing presentation of our innovative analytics solutions, making the added value of data insights tangible, and representing the company at trade fairs, customer meetings, and industry events
▪ Observing market and competitive developments in the data analytics environment and actively contributing the insights to the sales strategy
▪ Support with product inquiries as well as occasional training for our existing customers
▪ Gradual development into Head of Sales, overall future responsibility for sales and building one’s own team
