We are recruiting a team leader who will manage our front office team and daily operations delivering best in class service to our members.
Reporting To: Operations Manager
Tuesday – Saturday
Main Duties / Responsibilities
- Management and co-ordination of the Front Office team who provide face to face and telephone services to our members.
- Management of cash floats and daily cash balancing
- Provision of training and support to the Front Office team
- Operate within the Credit Union policies and regulatory requirements
- Review and updating of processes, procedures and processes as required.
- Monitoring of the Credit Union portfolio, processing payments and creation of reports
- Counter services including foreign exchange and membership processing
- Report to Management on operational activities
- Accepts and resolves queries from colleagues and members or escalating to Management where necessary
- Completes other duties as assigned
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience working in a financial services environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong numeracy skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- QFA qualification (desirable)
