  • They will also be responsible for leading the recruitment, training, and performance management of our field service associates. Furthermore, the candidate will monitor the sales performance of our agencies with the objective of expanding our company’s market share.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • At least five years of experience in agency management
