(Senior) Sales Development Representative (m/w/d)

Banks and Insurance Jobs is looking for a (Senior) Sales Development Representative (m/w/d) to join our client’s team!

Overview of role

In this role, you independently assume responsibility for the entire outbound sales process: from identifying potential customers and initial contact to qualification and scheduling for our account team.

Core tasks

You actively approach potential customers – via email, phone & video.
You analyze business models, identify potential & pain points.
You use HubSpot securely, build dashboards & control your pipeline management based on data.
You develop new outreach strategies, test growth tactics & share your learning with the team.
You work closely with founders, marketing & product to continuously optimize the sales process.

Must have requirements

Multi-year experience in B2 B software distribution, ideally as SDR, BDR or AE in SaaS environment.
Excellent CRM expertise, especially in HubSpot – you know how to build dashboards, manage tasks, and use data wisely.
Analytical thinking & smartness – you work data-driven and can set priorities clearly.
Communication strength & empathy – you recognize customers’ pain points and match them with added value.
Drive & Ownership – you really want to move things and not just work them out.
Very good German (C2) and solid English skills.
