Requirements
 Several years of professional experience in customer success, account management or a comparable customer-oriented role
 Strong communication skills, empathy and a solution-oriented mindset
 Independent, structured and proactive working methods with high personal responsibility
 Enthusiasm for customer loyalty, technology and sustainable collaboration
 Fluent German and good English skills, any other language is an advantage – e.g. B. French

Tasks & Responsibilities
 Independent management of the entire customer lifecycle: from handover by the sales team to structured onboarding to long-term customer loyalty
 Conducting training courses, activation measures and regular strategy meetings
 Ongoing support and active solution finding for daily business challenges
 Continuous development of customer relationships through individual advice and optimization of use
 Self-responsible upselling and cross-selling within your customer portfolio
 Building sustainable relationships with relevant stakeholders on the customer side
 Passing customer feedback to internal product improvement teams
 Participation in the optimization and scaling of our customer success processes
