Requirements
▪ Successfully completed banking training and strong customer and sales orientation or a comparable commercial training with initial professional experience in the banking industry
▪ Very strong digital affinity and joy in using modern media
▪ Great interest in digital, future-oriented and innovative topics
▪ Communication strength, empathy, flexibility, solution-oriented work – personal and media

Tasks & Responsibilities
▪ Reactive advice and processing of concerns of assigned private customers, seizure customers and customers under support as well as their supervisors
▪ Occasion-related, needs-based advice on standardized products
▪ Be a source of inspiration for our customers and inspire them with current digital topics from the banking industry
▪ Co-design and further develop digital-personal consulting in projects
