Requirements
▪ Successfully completed training as a bank clerk
▪ Ideally first professional experience in customer service
▪ High level of commitment, flexibility and sense of responsibility
▪ Strong customer and sales orientation
▪ Secure communication and convincing demeanor

Tasks & Responsibilities
▪ Holistic advice, taking into account individual customer needs
▪ Build, intensify and sustainably maintain a trusting customer-bank relationship
▪ Be the contact person and relationship manager in all financial matters
▪ Use cross-selling approaches and actively schedule appointments
▪ Conduct support and event-related discussions
▪ Acquire new customers
