Sutherland Global Services hiring for Travel Process – Email process. (Spanish – B2 certified mandatory)
Requirement for Claims:
- Excellent English communication skills (Written and Verbal).
- Spanish Language Speaker – B2 certified
- Shift Timing: 7am to 4pm | 4pm to 1am (Home Drop)
- Sunday fixed off/ Alternate Saturdays are off.
- Immediate joiners can apply.
- Work from Office.
- Experienced candidates with excellent communication can apply.
What would you do?
- Handling customer queries via emails.
- Identify and assess customers need to achieve satisfaction.
- Address and resolve consumer queries/requests/complaints and disputes via email.

Sutherland Location Boundaries:
1- Thane – Panvel (Trans Harbour)
2-Vashi – Chembur ( Harbour Line)
3- Kalyan- Ghatkopar(Central Line)
