Job Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the CEO as a member of the senior management team.

  • Overall planning organizing leading and controlling work of business Development Administration Department.

  • To set up company’s strategic goals planning and analyze statistics for assessing overall business performance.

  • Play the main role for developing business and executing marketing strategies.

  • Manpower recruitment for various posts.

  • To arrange training for newly recruited employees.

  • Co-ordination with top management.

  • Improve the operational system and policies.

  • To arrange all type of development meeting (In door/out door), Conference and other events.

  • To supervise & control duties, responsibility of subordinate staff.

  • Providing administrative support to the marketing team.

  • Generating sales report and forecasts for top management review.

  • Carry out any other task assigned by the management.

Education

  • Masters in any Discipline.

  • Educational qualification is relaxable in case of experience.

Experience

  • At least 10 years

Additional Requirements

  • Age at least 40 years
  • The applicant must have working experience of more than 10 years in any reputed life insurance Company in similar position and department.

  • Strong interpersonal skill, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization.

  • Fluent in writing & speaking in English.

  • Well conversant with computer knowledge (MS Office & Internet).
