Education
Minimum Graduation with no third class/division in any level of academic career. Graduation with major in HRM or Masters in HRM will get preference.
Experience

Additional Requirements
Minimum 04 (four) years’ working experience in HR i.e. (Compensation & Organizational Development, Performance Management, HR Operations & Recruitment) in any reputed organization. Candidates currently working in HR of Private Commercial Banks will get preference.
Age : Not exceeding 40 Years (relaxable for deserving candidates)
