Requirements
▪ System Maintenance and Monitoring: Experience with regular system updates, patches, and maintenance. Familiarity with system performance monitoring tools.
▪ Server Management: Proven experience in administering and maintaining both physical and virtual servers. Ability to troubleshoot server issues and implement effective solutions.
▪ User Support and Training: Strong background in providing technical support to end-users. Proficiency in software installation, configuration, and issue resolution.
▪ Security and Compliance: Knowledge of implementing and maintaining security protocols, including user access controls and firewall configurations. Experience in monitoring and responding to security incidents and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
▪ Documentation and Reporting: Ability to maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. Experience in generating regular reports on system performance and incidents.
▪ Collaboration and Project Support: Proven ability to collaborate with IT team members on various projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and technology integrations. Ability to evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions.
▪ German and English at least C1 level
▪ Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role
▪ Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, and Visio.
▪ Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies.
▪ Familiarity with cloud platforms is preferred.
▪ Experience with cybersecurity practices and tools.
