The role This role focuses on raising awareness of our services to the small business market. No accounting or tax knowledge will be required. Our marketing teams bring a friendly and welcoming face to the accountancy industry and our clients love that side to our brand. We want to replicate that into the local areas where we have franchisees and support them with their marketing activity.

  • Create artwork using Adobe creative suite, for both print and digital use, including producing new artwork and editing templates .
  • Provide first-line support to the network on general marketing queries and activities.
  • To manage the coordination and delivery of monthly, national direct mail campaigns.
  • To build and deliver regular email newsletters.
  • To manage and update network data in accordance with GDPR.
  • Provide marketing training to network of franchisees.
  • Support with the development of new marketing toolkits, to promote range of service lines.
  • Provide support to the Marketing Manager, Senior Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing with additional marketing projects. The Candidate We are seeking a highly motivated marketing professional who is keen to be a part of our growing team. Full training, guidance and support will be provided.

You must be able to work independently with appropriate support. You will be confident in engaging with franchisees and clients to build a rapport and offer solutions and direction. You must be able to concurrently manage a number cases for franchisees and stakeholders.

Applicants should possess:

  • A marketing qualification – CIM/IDM (part qualified will be considered for the right candidate) or at least 3 years’ experience in a marketing role.
  • Experience in Adobe creative suite to produce artwork, specifically Illustrator.
  • Experience working with email platforms.
  • Knowledge and insight around the latest developments in marketing and a willingness to share this insight to train others and aid business development
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to deliver training to groups and on a one-to-one basis.
  • An ability to work well as part of a team and to manage own workload effectively according to priorities and deadlines.
