We are looking for two great people to join our Sales team! The Personal Sales Broker position will give you the chance to work directly with clients in a supportive work environment.

Requirements
Job Responsibilities
- Solicit and develop new personal business.
- Provide quotes for phone-in and walk-in clients.
- Complete risk inspections when necessary.
- Review and revise insurance with clients to ensure complete coverage.
- Prepare applications for policies sold.
- Must be willing to work after hours occasionally, and travel between branches.
Prerequisites
- A valid RIBO License.
- Strong client focused skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task between a variety of tasks, projects, and deadlines.
The following qualifications are required:
- University/College or equivalent industry experience and a valid RIBO license.
The following additional qualifications are helpful, although not mandatory:
- Prior experience in a Personal Insurance environment.
- You hold an industry designation or are working toward one.
- Experience with Applied Epic Brokerage Management System and Applied Rating Software
