JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Engage with the authorities of BSEC, DSE, and CSE as necessary to facilitate effective communication for the IPO process.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements and reporting duties.

Maintain comprehensive documentation of IPO process.
Education
-
BBA/MBA from any reputed University
Experience
- 2 to 3 years
Additional Requirements

Minimum 2 – 3 years of relevant work experience in Issue Management (IPO)
