The Company:

Overview:

To provide comprehensive administrative support to our Executive PA team

The Role:

  • Receptionist duties, dealing with visitors and deliveries.
  • Answer and divert incoming calls.
  • Distribute Inbound/Outbound post.
  • Support PA’s with any meeting lunch requirements and travel arrangements.
  • Placing and overseeing office supplies and stationary orders.
  • Supporting with fleet car maintenance arrangements.
  • Liaise with and organise couriers as and when necessary.
  • Organise small charity and fundraising events.
  • Maintain all meeting rooms ensuring kept tidy and stocked up.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Key Skills and experience:

  • Office based administration skills advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.

  • We prefer to work together at our well equipped and appointed and ergonomically designed Norwich offices. Staff are well supported to work safely, comfortably and efficiently from these beautiful out of centre offices and also to work from home. We are trialling a 2/5 hybrid working pattern depending on roles where appropriate

Salary level: Up to £22,000 per annum dependent on skills and experience.
