Overview of role

At our company, we see ourselves as doers. We invite you to bring your solutions to the team and contribute to a collegial working atmosphere and mutual respect every day. Our company stands for flexibility, especially when it comes to empowering its doers. With freedom and trust, we nurture potential, in line with the motto: “When I feel good, I surpass myself” – in Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Austria, and Switzerland. Thinking outside the box. Sharing ideas. Initiating change. Does that resonate with you? Then you’re a fit for us as a doer because we are everywhere that comprehensive solutions for access control, time tracking, and planning are needed.

Core tasks

  • You become the primary point of contact for the customer, providing system training, assisting with issues, implementing source code, and understanding when system expansion is required

  • In project work, you are the key figure for the successful implementation of our software solutions at the customer’s site, making them delighted.

  • You develop solutions for our customers and share responsibility for our success and customer satisfaction.

  • You enjoy, at times, collaborating with the sales team in the presales phase.

  • Your foundation: Ideally, you already possess professional experience in time tracking/access control and have a background in IT through education or a related degree.

  • Your Hard Skills: Handling software products is not a challenge for you; you can program (preferably in C#, with basic SQL knowledge), are familiar with Windows operating systems, and can read and adapt source code.

  • Your Soft Skills: You are communicative and confident, adaptable to different conversation partners, eager to present the added value of our software to the customer, and can collaborate effectively with colleagues.

  • Your Language Skills: For your role with us, you can demonstrate fluent Dutch (C1) and good English (B1) skills. If you also speak French, we would be pleased, but it’s not mandatory.

  • Your Willingness to Travel: You have a Class B driver’s license, indicating your strong service orientation and readiness to travel

  • Work-life balance: At our company, you’ll find the freedom to work remotely and flexibly, along with 30 days of unrestricted vacation during the probationary period.
  • Sustainable mobility: If you wish to commute to work by bike, we offer you cost-effective e-bike leasing options. Alternatively, you can take advantage of our free employee parking facilities.
  • Health: Health is important to us, which is why we promote it through e-coaches, initiatives from our health advisors, and a health budget for your new glasses, dental treatments, or any other needs.
  • Pleasant work environment: Team spirit, respect, trust, and open communication are important to us. Additionally, we provide modern work equipment, company parties, team events, and complimentary beverages at all locations.
  • Diverse training opportunities: In addition to our professional training center, you’ll have access to our Academy and the LinkedIn Learning program.
  • Family and benefits: We offer company pension plans and contribute to wealth building. Furthermore, we subsidize disability insurance, childcare, and support you in all stages of life with our family services.
  • Car and fuel card
