Responsibilities
- Assisting customers with processing transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals,payments, resolving complaints or account discrepancies, and answering questions.
- Tracking, recording, reporting, and storing information related to transactionsand ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
- Handling currency, transactions, and confidential information in a responsible manner.
- Following all bank financial and security regulations and procedures.
- Other responsibilities assigned .
Job Requirements
- OND / HND in Banking / Finance, Marketing, Business Administration and other related discipline.
- A minimum of 1-year cognate experience in microfinance industry is required.
- Good display of computer skills.
- Ability to handle cash deposit and withdrawal.
- Excellent numerical skills.
- Posting of daily transactions into the system.
- Customer Service Orientation.
