Requirements
- The team lead will be responsible for coordinating the organization’s administration system and general workflows including supervising other
- Admin staff, facilitating communication throughout the organisation, and implementing policies & procedures to make our workplace more efficient.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Estate Management or a related discipline
- An MBA or Master’s degree in a related feld will be an added advantage
- Relevant professional qualifications from recognized professional bodies e.g. (IFMA, NIM etc)
- Experience working in the insurance or equivalent hdustry
- Experience with using Enterprise Resource manning (ERP) tools
- Dynamics, Navision, etc.
- Must be analytical and able to use Excel very nell and other MS suites.
